Lunchbox is a gourmet cafe and catering service located at CenterStaging, the premier rehearsal facility in Burbank. We specialize in creating everything from intimate dinner parties, boxed lunches, and full-service production catering as well as specialty cakes. We offer an extensive selection of innovative menus for working breakfasts, corporate lunches, board meetings, photo shoots, weddings and special events.
Lunchbox combines seasonally developed menus, high quality health-minded cuisine and personal service, working closely with you to create a menu that best suits your event! Our food is prepared fresh each morning, using the finest ingredients, herbs from our garden, and freshly baked breads from local Artisans. Our food is homemade including salad dressings, croutons and desserts. Most of our produce is locally grown and harvested daily from Southern California Farms. Our menu choices change based on seasonality and availability to ensure the highest quality of our ingredients. We feature foods free of artificial preservatives, colors, sweeteners and hydrogenated fats.

Deborah Caponetta, founder and owner of Lunchbox, has been a private chef in Los Angeles for over 10 years working mostly with entertainment industry VIPs & celebrities including John Wells, Clint Black, Courteney Cox, Don Was, Seal and Trevor Horn. She also trained at the prestigious Spago Restaurant honing her pastry skills with some of the most talented chefs in the country. |
